Before the table, on the table, and off the table routines are key to maintaining body contouring results. It's important to focus on health and wellness during the treatment process. Here are some after care products that we recommend on your journey.

Drink at least 1 liter of water daily to help drain lymphatic system.

Exercise at least 3 days per week for 20-30 minutes.

After Care Products
Wood Therapy
When you are off the table, continuing to massage the treatment area is critical. The recommendation is to massage the treatment area at least 3 times per week for 10-15 minutes. Integrate Wood therapy into your aftercare routine.
Herbal Teas
Herbal Teas are critical during your healing process. Search for teas in organic loose leaf or powder form.
